Canyon Bicycles and Oakley Team Rider Rob J Heran had a massive knee surgery at the end of last years season. After three months of training at home, Rob traveled again to Cape Town, Southafrica to do some first, easy rides on his Bike to get some strength back for the 2011 bike season.
